➡️ Start Date / End Date: This is the date range for the service period. If any public holidays fall between this period, this will be seen in the below section.

➡️ TTP: If you are eligible to charge Temporary Transformation Payment, choose Yes else No.

➡️ Public Holiday: If you want to charge Public Holiday Rate, choose Yes else No.

➡️ Category: This is the list of all the Support Category Name from the NDIS Price Guide.

➡️ State: Ensure to choose the correct state as different state has a different Public holiday and price.

➡️ In Mon-Sun table, input hours in the respective column. Please note this picks up rate if the Support Item Name has Daytime, Evening, Night, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday as shown in the snip below.

➡️ For any other items, select the respective items from the checkboxes and input days and hours as shown below. If you have to change a category, for eg, if you wish to choose Sleepover 01_832_0115_1_1 while you are in “Participation In Community, Social And Civic Activities”, you can always choose a category to “Assistance With Daily Life Tasks In A Group Or Shared Living Arrangement” and select Sleepover, then choose back to “Participation In Community, Social And Civic Activities”. To find out correct Item Category, click Price Guide from Dashboard Menu or visit NDIS Price Guide · (serviceagreements.com.au).
